Kayla comes to you as you journey back from the birth portal and begin arriving back into your body, into your home and into Motherhood gently supporting this integration through tender intuitive care, ensuring you are able to feel restored.
You may be held as you speak your birth story. You may receive massage, warmth, a herbal womb compress.
The space is held for both you and your baby honouring the sacred field you share, bringing a sense of calm and flow to you both.
For the mother who has been giving since the moment her baby arrived and this is her time to receive.
Sessions can be arranged prior to birth as part of your postpartum planning, or booked at any time from birth through to two years.
You do not need to be newly postpartum to receive this support, whenever you feel the call, you are ready to receive.

A COMPLETE POSTPARTUM CONTAINERFor the mother who wants to be fully held through the sacred first 40 days postpartum. Weekly in home sessions alongside weekly delivery of traditional postpartum medicine meals intentionally by a Traditional Chinese Medicine Nutritionist and holistic cook.

What to Expect in a Postpartum Womb Session
Each session is a sacred container tailored to your unique postpartum needs. You will be held in a safe, supportive, and deeply restorative space incorporating:
Herbal Womb Compress – Warm, healing herbs are applied to your womb to promote circulation, reduce tension, and provide warmth to encourage gentle postpartum recovery.
Womb & Abdominal Massage – Soothing hands-on techniques to nurture your body, support organ realignment, and release emotional or energetic stagnation.
Reiki & Intuitive Energy Balancing – Rebalancing your energetic field for both you and baby.
Sound healing – Vibrational healing to soothe the nervous system, promote relaxation while harmonising the energetic field.
Breath practise and Guided meditation – Gentle practices to reconnect with your breath, ground into your body, and integrate your birthing experience.
Deep listening and spiritual guidance - honouring both what is spoken and what moves beneath the surface allowing you to integrate your birth experience.
